Measures during the COVID-19 pandemic

CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE.
 
WE ARE SCHEDULING LOW-RISK ELECTIVE PATIENT SURGERIES FROM OUR WAIT-LIST.
 
WE HAVE RESUMED COLON SCREENING PROGRAM COLONOSCOPIES AND SELECT LOW-RISK ELECTIVE COLONOSCOPIES.

MANY OFFICE APPOINTMENTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE CONDUCTED BY TELEPHONE. WE ARE ALSO SCHEDULING LIMITED URGENT AND LOW-RISK APPOINTMENTS REQUIRING PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AT THE OFFICE. MASKS ARE MANDATORY. ARRIVE NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE  YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. NO FOOD, DRINK, OR WATER BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED. 

 

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PHONE ACCEPTS CALLS FROM BLOCKED NUMBERS, AS SOME STAFF CONTINUE TO WORK FROM HOME USING THEIR PERSONAL PHONES. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS FROM BLOCKED NUMBERS.

The doors to our office remain closed on non-clinic days. Please call or email to reschedule your appointment if:
 

You are sick when we confirm your appointment or on the day of your appointment.

We will require a doctor's note confirming your illness prior to rebooking.

You have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or you have tested positive for the virus.


You have returned from or have a member of your household who has returned from travel outside of Canada.
